This was my first time life got so bad that I thought I need to chat with someone but it was confirmed NO POINT as you get to chat with a Chatbot although as it was called Vibeke I thought it was a real person.
I asked if it was ok that I chat in English as thats just easier for me and "she replied why and I replied oh I have suicide thoughts but its a inconvenience to you that I want to chat in English. Then my chat was cut off and while replying to there poor service rating score the window refreshed so I could not even thank Sidetmed Ord for confirming my suspicion that this was not helpful
